Soft hair, Great Customer Service, but smell
The hair is soft & true to length ordered. Customer service contacted me to say the hair I ordered (water curly) needed more processing time and offered two alternates that they could ship immediately. I chose deep wave. I received the hair fast! (2 days) I'd give the quality of the hair and customer service 5 stars. I took off a star because the hair smelled kind of like wet dog. The smell did wash out after normal wash and condition.
