Beautiful hair but not enough !
The hair is beautiful and the shipping was fast. The only draw back for me is I ordered 2.5 hair but it's not enough hair for me. I have to order more and hope that I can reuse this that has been installed the next time with another order in order to complete the look. 🤷‍♀️

For most full styles, we usually recommend at least 3–4 bundles depending on the desired volume and length. The good news is our human hair can be reused with proper care, so you’ll definitely be able to combine it with your next order to achieve the fuller look you want. 💕

It took almost 3 weeks for the product and I got it thinking I could get my hair done but to make it look good I would need at least 4-5 bundles because they were so small….. that means $400 to $525.

Our crochethair bundles are designed to be lightweight and natural, but we understand expectations can vary depending on the style and fullness you’re aiming for. Most customers find that 2–3 bundles are usually enough for a full install, but for fuller looks like boho braids or voluminous styles, 4–5 bundles may indeed be needed. Horrible customer service
Update- I heard from company representative and was sent out a replacement after this review was written. I have updated my ratings. Thank you for rectifying this. I ordered 2 packs (full head) of the wet and wavy hair, upon receipt I could see that one of the bundles curl pattern was different. Upon washing it, it became even more pronounced and noticeable that it was clearly a different wave pattern of hair. More like a deep wave, which would look horrible installed with the other 3 bundles. I Reached out to customer service via chat only to be told to keep measuring the hair. I measured the hair. It was clearly 12 inches and not 18 inches like the other bundles. But besides the fact, it is a completely different wave pattern. That made no difference to them, saying you can flat iron and style the hair as you like. They even accused me of having the one bundle dry and other bundles wet. I was highly offended. No refund or replacement was offered! I will never order from this company and advise other buyers to tread lightly if you do receive a hair bundle thats clearly not what you ordered.

Great quality
The hair is soft and manageable. The hair stylist was impressed by the quality that they had to make a note of the business name to purchase hair from the company in the future.
