Shipping was quick
Shipping was quick! I love the hair, it is so soft and maintained it's curl pattern even after I washed it before install. There is a slight smell, but pre wash helped. The quality is great, I will definitely purchase more hair. The 3 packs was more than enough and I have very thick natural hair. I was able to crochet the hair and have some left. The thread loops do get stuck during the install, but overall I would recommend.

I purchased this hair because it was it…
I purchased this hair because it was it was supposed to be easy. Install for crochet, and it isn't. And then I was supposed to be able to dye it, because my hair is salt and pepper and I was not able to diet. The color did not take at all. And I am very unhappy with it, okay. So I bought 4 packs, which I guess would be 2 and uh, 2 of them, I have not used. I would like to return them if not the other ones that I've taken out of my hair. So please let me know if I can return them for a refund. Thank you so very much... Very unhappy

Opened/used packs cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please reply with your order number and product pics to [email protected], and we’ll provide return instructions for the unused packs. Once we receive them, your refund will be processed promptly.

Shipping delay
Love the product ordered and received but my package took forever to arrive. Apparently it got stuck in the shipping department and what should have arrived in a few days required me to email and call after not reeving for 3 weeks
