We experienced an inventory issue in early January that has since been fully resolved, but it did impact your order. We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that you are not enrolled in a subscription. All orders associated with your account were placed as one-time purchases. Regarding your shipments, our records show: An order placed on December 11, which was delivered on December 19, 2025. And, an order placed on February 3, which is currently in transit.
