Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we are so sorry for the frustration this caused. Discovering an unexpected charge is never a good feeling, and we completely understand your concern. We want you to know that we have taken immediate action on your behalf — your subscription has been cancelled, your pending order has been stopped, and a full refund has been issued today. We also want to be transparent about how we communicate subscriptions to our customers. When a subscription is selected at checkout, we send: • An Order Confirmation Email confirming the subscription is active, the shipment frequency, and the next billing date • A Pre-Bill Notification Email before each renewal, giving you the opportunity to modify, pause, or cancel • A Subscription Management link included in every email, so you can self-manage at any time We hear your feedback loud and clear, and we are actively working to make the subscription experience more transparent from the very start. Reviews like yours help us get better, so thank you!
