I like their snacks - what’s not to like? They’re very low in sugar, packed with fiber, and taste great. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of their logistics and poor website design. I have a subscription, but I like to switch up the flavors each month. Doing that is impossible. The website says you can, but when you try, you get all sorts of errors. It’s easy to accidentally select every 2 months instead of monthly. And don’t get me started on the website design — it’s so confusing. To make matters worse, there are two Shameless Snacks websites. Their customer service has been good so far. When I contacted them about their website, they called me immediately. I had to change all the flavors over the phone, but they were friendly and apologetic, saying management was working on fixing the site. We’ll see….

It’s an expensive snack, which is the reason my husband keeps telling to stop ordering them! Problem is.., I love them! So I’ll probably cause a divorce over some candy! lol

The snacks aren't horrible but not worth the hassle from the website. I did NOT know that I was enrolled in a monthly subscription till I received an email that my next shipment was going to be $57 ! I immediately tried to cancel the order, only to have issues signing in. It took 2 days to finally sign in and cancel the order.

Order product but did not sign up for a subscription. They make it hard to cancel the subscription that I did not sign up for ! Great customer service response. Really like the product and will reorder.
