Food is very good and delivered on a timely basis. The customer service leaves something to be desired. Nobody answers phone and voicemail is full. SMS calls are not retuned.

The food is delish! the best part is having the many options… only reason i’m not giving a full 5 star is because they delivered my food on the wrong day,… but that has been fixed as Customer service was a big help The meals are portioned nicely and what better way to get your veggies in

Food is good but need to get better at communicating with the customers and let them know about their shipments and improve their website and make it nore user friendly.

I have enjoyed the first week of my food with this company. Unfortunately I was unable to pick my first or second week food and any other subsequent food because as a blind user I am unable to work with the website. I have notified customer service of this by phone and have yet to see any change or receive any confirmation as of this writing. Again, the food was amazing, the service was on time for the most part. But the biggest challenge for me to be able to continue is that they have not yet fixed the clear accessibility issues on their website for those of us that are blind and trying to use the service. Because I am on keto I need to maintain a keto lifestyle. If I don’t choose my meals by a certain time, I don’t get to pick my meals and they send me the “chefs choice“ and that includes meals that I don’t want. One more minor annoyance is the fact that they do not send me any reminder emails such as other services I’ve had that remind me that I need to complete my choices by a certain date. They just assume that I know those dates. I also continue to get promotional emails even though I am a customer, hello guys, I am already a customer stop offering me first time discounts that I cannot use. But, overall, I think there is room for improvement but it is a great service for the food. And after all, the food is a major part of what we’re here for, right? Blind people, such as myself, use something called a screen reader to access websites on our mobile devices and computers. To be able to use these pieces of software with websites, websites need to comply with certain accessibility standards. These are well published, and it is a violation of the Americans with disabilities act to not embrace them. Many a lawsuit has been lost Because of the lack of these standards being adhered to buy an organization. Well I do not intend to sue this organization, I can just take my business elsewhere. As I said, the food is awesome, so I want to be a customer. So, because my money is as green as anyone else’s, please fix the website so I can continue to spend it with you.

The food overall is good and the customer service is very good. There’s been a few mistakes on my orders and some meals missing labels but overall very good value. Definitely recommend this company to friends

This is a service I use to supplement my father. He enjoys all the means very much but communication has been an issue in the past. During the holidays meals were promised on certain dates and then never showed or were late by days and never communicated to me.
