All of the meals we received pretty much all tasted the same, whatever the seasonings were in them. Sorry, but worst food I've probably ever eaten!

Chicken was chopped up fatty thighs unless specified breast, when it was breast it was coated in something. Ordering all Keto I knew it didn’t match diet, also nutrition says “approximate” value, when watching weight that doesn’t work. Some products has expiration dates and some didn’t. Steak was half dehydrated jerky. On a positive note the meatballs were amazing

At the direct request of EatClean, I am rewriting my review now that they have returned my money. TLDR; my experience reveals that this company is incapable of providing the service they are selling. Do not expect a reliable weekly meal service. Food: It’s fine. I like the chili and the jambalaya. They use a vegan cheese that I found inedible in the lasagna. Unquestionably there are better meal services, but for the price it’s fine. I only had the vegetarian meals so I can’t speak for the others. Experience as a Subscriber: Without any exaggeration I can say this may have been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Delivery’s we’re *always* late. Often by 5 days, which is a real head scratcher for a weekly service. They will not communicate this to you. No call, no email, nothing. It’s on you to track down your food. May the lord help you if need real customer assistance. After cancelling due to EatCleans failure to actually provide the service I purchased ( a weekly delivery, that arrives regularly ) It took calling every day for nearly two weeks AND posting multiple scathing, public, reviews to get them to follow through on refunding the delivery that they casually told me would be five days late (again) and the one they claim to have still sent after I cancelled. All the poor reviews you can read below pretty clearly outline the depth of this companies customer service ineptitude. It’s bad. I’m still not convinced this business is run by adults. It may actually be three children in a trench coat, jury is out. Shoutout to the wonderfully kind customer service rep I managed to get after day four of calling. You rock and deserve a raise. Waiting to go one week without issues. Started on January 2 and each week had incorrect items and/or wrong meal size. Frustrating to have to text their customer service 2-3 times every week to fix their issues. Credits promised but had to follow up 4 times until I finally got them. Hoping to find a service that has their act together. Food is good but not good enough to deal with this headache.
