I am being charged weekly for meals I am not receiving, delivery notification clearly shows not my address. This is an ongoing issue and I will have to cancel my subscription. Food is good but too much of a headache chasing deliveries.

I do not like food the specifically the chicken , too many parts of gristle , and tendons . I asked for my subscription to be cancelled. No offense just not my liking . Great packaging, no shipment problems. Costumer service is lacking . They don’t answer the phone or respond to voicemails and emails

I cancelled my subscription and I got shafted after getting an email confirmation of cancellation. I called and was told to forward an email to show proof, I did that and I never got a response back. Sometimes I would get some meals I didn’t order and also a lot of meals don’t have labels or nutritional information.

The app confirmed my shipment was skipped one week but I was charged and it arrived anyway. I couldn't get in touch with customer service at first and when I finally did, their solution was to issue a credit instead of a refund, and to put my account on "by request only" instead of auto shipped. Logging in today, it says I received a shipment for 2 weeks ago, which I did not receive, and the was no credit on my account as customer service assured me there would be. The food isn't that great either. The veggies are mush and gross, the rest is very hit or miss. Terrible service overall.
