I like most of the food. The carrots and zucchini are too hard. The eggplant parm was like rubber and could not be chewed.

The food is good, sometimes the meat can be dry but overall good taste. I have once received a completely wrong order (and it was refunded) and once I received a dish that was <200 MORE than it was supposed to be.

Choosing meals is easy, and delivery has been on time and well packaged. The meals in my opinion are pretty good. My only negative is that I can't skip multiple weeks at the same time, if I need to. It only shows me one week at a time, so I'd have to skip it, then remember to go back in and skip the next week when it becomes available. I'd also like to be able to rate each meal, so that I can remember which ones I liked the most.

Overall the meals are really good, I haven't had any issues with delivery. It's convenient for me to have ready made meals that are actually healthy and don't ruin my diet. I wish that they had a bigger variety of keto meals, I kind of feel like the same ones get cycled. It's not too bad though. My favorite is the keto chili with muffins. The only other issue I had was once, one of the freezer packs broke open and the gel leaked out. It wasn't a big deal though, I just discarded the cardboard sleeve and wiped off the outside of the meals. I'd say they're worth trying out.

The flavor and freshness are great. I do wish there was a little more variety as far as keto and Paleo. I have tried both the regular portion and large portion; I have found that the regular portion suits me perfectly being that I am only 5' tall. The larger portion was harder for me to finish and not because the food wasn't good, it was the bigger portion size.

The keto meal choices are great. Desserts need work. No keto desserts and regular desserts are outrageously priced. $12 for a brownie that tasted awful!

I am Paleo and was excited to try this meal service. Everything came quickly and packaged as expected. Every meal tasted good and I loved the variety. I had selected dairy and grain as an allergy/dislike and still received some meals with butter and rice. A couple even had sugar (a paleo no-no). I canceled the service for this reason.

I am able to select meals that I like most weeks. Last week I ordered BBQ pulled pork with sweet plantain mash and you shipped it with spaghetti squash instead which I don't like and had to throw out. I would like other vegetables besides squash which I don't like and throw out - corn, peas, lima beans and others like that which I know may not be as good for you.
