It seems like every week I was calling them with some type of issue whether it be they sent me the wrong thing or they didn’t send me enough or my delivery wasn’t on time. Ask for pricing I don’t think it was worth it for the meals. I didn’t really love them they were just okay. There was twice when they didn’t send my delivery out and I find it to be unprofessional that they didn’t send me some type of notice to at least inform me I wouldn’t be getting my delivery on time or at all.

Paleo option, 12 meals a week, third week of service. Week one, new to the program, all good. No idea what to do with the box or ice packs - curious about peas in the cauliflower rice as they are not paleo. Sent a mail about the boxes - no response. Week two - got a few more meals, the beef and broccoli stuff was pretty lame but the plantains were great. Week three - Late delivery, no sleeves on the food, some meals had no labels, missing sauces, none of the cauliflower was riced, no plantains just more steamed cauliflower and it had shredded cheese all over it - which is not paleo. Called customer service - on hold 20 minutes, never picked up. We tried another email, got nothing, so we called again and got nothing but hold so we sent the email cancellation. I really wanted to like this service, but without any reliable means of communication we left. I would have been happy to just get a reply in two business days, but still nothing. We have not seen any new charges and no more food has arrived so I guess we are done with them.

Pros: the paleo meals were totally paleo and surprisingly delicious. Cons: The meals totally lack visual appeal. There is no communication from the company to the recipient. No emails after signing up; no email when my first order did not ship; no email when my 2nd order was Already billed without my knowledge. (I was still waiting for my first order to arrive). I made several phone calls and left messages before my call was returned. The young lady was very pleasant and after some research found out my first order was never processed by then even though it came out of my acct. Just to be clear, My initial order was set to arrive April 26th, but due to the issues on their side, I received the next (second one I had inadvertently paid for) on May 3rd. Though the food, imo, is good, I am still concerned with the lack of communication with this company.

have only tried 2 of the many received and both were enitrely too salty If the others are as well I will throw he rest away very disappointed so far

I’m allergic to fish. First week of food was fine second week I got two orders of fish which is unacceptable

Food is hit and miss, but def plenty of good options. Just have to trial and error it. Def recommend heating in oven over the microwave. I’ve had 2 deliveries that were terrible. One came warm and ice packs were melted. They credited my account for that time. Recently had an order and I think it came earlier than scheduled. I was out of town until the day it was supposed to be delivered. Ice packs were melted and food looked like it had been out for a while. Tried calling and the woman on the phone was not any help. Said they would deliver within the day and never received replacements.

The food quality is better than most, but they’re overdue on adding some new menu items. I’ve been with them for a while and it’s getting pretty redundant. The delivery times are sporadic. Sometimes they’ll deliver in the middle of the afternoon and sometimes in the middle of the night.

I got all the meals I ordered but it was later than expected.
