It’s been several weeks where my deliveries were not what I had ordered. And I chose these things before the cutoff day of the week. I tried calling customer service and even left voicemails but got no call back. I’ve put the date that it started happening.

I didn't receive what I ordered The app has the correct order. I received shrimp that I didn't want because the last time I had shrimp from you I had food poisoning. Please send me my correct order.

At first, I thought there were artificial sweeteners that made me feel sick and achy. But after my 2nd shipment, I knew something in these meals were making me sick. I found that I already paid for the 3rd week, so I ate 1 of the new meals, and did not feel so good. So then I told my husband to eat the other meals from the shipment... I thought it was something to do with me. But after a few days, my husband said he did not feel well. I threw away the last 11 meals. That is a lot of money to waste, but our symptoms (flu like achiness and overall malaise) were overwhelming. I can't guess what the problem was, but it was the food and it was serious. I called and told the company about the problem.

Never received my order. Good luck getting someone on the phone if you need help. It just goes to voicemail which is funny cause it says contact us 24/7 in their welcome email...... Avoid this one like the plague. Stick with already established meal prep companies. MY VERDICT = Eatcleantogo.com completely sucks.

I canceled immediately after ordering and no one every responded. I ordered on a Monday and canceled on that Monday. I followed up two days later and still no response. A week later I have the box on my doorstep and I don’t like the meals and no response via email. I see my account was cancelled so why did no one respond to my email and refund that order?

Wrong order fill -specified no fish and it was the first meal we opened. Cooking instructions for blueberry bread resulted in a totally horrible dish. Late delivery it was supposed to arrive on the 9th and we didn’t get it until the 14th. PMeals will be out of date before we can use them

After all those years working with them they just stopped sending food. Which I am ok with, as the quality of the food was neglected and so as the deliveries. Reducing my meals amounts or skipping my week meals and not communicating with me. I have heard stories about that company but I thought people were making drama - today I can tell i should believe it and stop representing them. I declined and therefore lost 3 food buisness companies opportunities because I was loyal to the bones and let slide a lot of mistakes. Today I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND. You’ll find better somewhere for sure.

The only thing that is good it’s some if their food, when they get the orders right, customer service it’s the worst, never answer emails or calls and when they do, they tell you they will call you back and never do, refunds take more than two months for them to even acknowledge. Overall bad customer service. Won’t get them ever again.
