BEWARE, SCAM!!! I was reviewing different meal plans. This company requires you to enter email and credit card information just to be able to view their meal plans. I never ordered any meal plans from them, but was billed and order was shipped. When I tried to cancel online account so that I would not be charged again, it said I did not have an account with them. Unable to get in touch with customer service. Stopped payment on any possible recurring orders and filed a claim with my bank. The items sent were from the Paleo plan. There were little to no vegetables. Most consisted of plantains or sweet potatoes with high sugar content, and none of them looked appetizing. Example of meal- chicken tikka masala with cauliflower rice. Meal label listed as having Zucchini, though there was no zucchini, and calorie count was only 166. Do not recommend!!

After setting up this meal service, I quickly cancelled it within half an hour, because the meals don't have hardly any vegetables in them. Also, the limited menu didn't offer enough options for my family, because one of us is allergic to dairy and the other is allergic to seafood. According to the website, you can cancel or skip a delivery as long as you email the company before they bill you. It was a week before the bill date. I received an email confirmation that my subscription was cancelled. They even called me to see if I would resubscribe and left a voicemail. They also sent several emails. I was surprised when they still charged me for the first week and sent a box of food that we can't eat. Now, there's no answer when I email or call customer service. I just want my money back. Since the meals are here, I can confirm that they lack vegetables and are all rice or pasta based, with a small portion of protein. Very disappointing. Not a good value for what you pay.

Total Nightmare. Wish I had seen the reviews first. I registered so I could find out more about their plan. Couldn't see what the meals were until I registered and that required a debit/credit card. BIG mistake. Looked at meals and they way it works. Didn't like one single meal so I said no thanks. Tried to cancel but still was charged 65.49 and no idea what for. Then the boxes of inedible food showed up. Then they took 114.99 from my account. I called and said NO WAY. Didn't agree to any meals at all. Promised a refund. Instead of a refund they took another $114.99 and shipped another box of inedible food. All of this went straight to the trash bag and into the can. Tried to give it away but no takers. BEWARE. Check out their complaints on the BBB. If I only had checked! I am a business that is registered with the BBB but simply never thought to check. MY bad. Consider yourself warned. They are not honest unless you want sub-par Cuban meals. Skip them and move on

Horrible customer service. Not answering the phone, not responding to emails. They won’t give me my money back even though the food did not arrive. Had to email and call them so often to quit my contract too…

Went to cancel subscription day of making because decided not to to go through with order and I didn't get a refund. No food was sent to me so I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to get a refund. The reps never respond when I talk to them. Very frustrating to not be able to make this an easy process.

If you are looking for a meal company to provide appropriate macro and calorie information about their meals, this is not the one. I used this company for a few months and started gaining weight but couldn't figure out why until I noticed a label for one of my meals saying a breaded chicken with Mac n cheese was estimated to be 186 calories with 1g of carb and 1g of fat. Only in my fantasy. The food is delicious so if the calories and macros are not a concern, then this might be your company as long as you are a flexible eater. Most weeks I was sent meals I did not request due to lack of supply. I was able to call and get credit for these, but it was a waste of food given they often sent me foods on my allergy restriction list. There is one extremely kind and quite lovely customer service agent, so if you have any issues, hope you get her. The rest are as upset about being there as you are about your meal so good luck!

Wrong meals delivered consistently-the menu got old-nothing seasonal was included

I hope someone from Eat Clean sees this because I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and no one responds! I enjoy the food but I cannot access my account and am not able to choose meals - EVER! I keep getting boxes of food where there are multiple meals I don’t eat. Customer service is a nightmare! I am stuck not being able to cancel, pause, or choose my meals. Help!
