Would give them a negative star rating if it were an option. Please take time to read their Better Business Bureau reviews, which state that they are a scam company. Our experience: Received our first box and tried to eat all the meals - had to throw out most of them (I wouldn't even donate this kind of food). Paused our deliveries and the website showed them as paused. More than a week later (with no warning since they never send emails - & my account didn't show a delivery coming), I received another box of meals & was charged for them. There is no way to communicate with them through writing. Tried calling them as soon as I saw the box & was on hold for 15 minutes, then was sent to voicemail. No one called back. Was able to talk to them on the phone today & they didn't acknowledge anything I said (didn't even apologize for the terrible product). They told me their records showed that I had suspended the account only yesterday (I wasn't on their website at all yesterday). I stupidly didn't take a screen shot of the day I did suspend it about 2 weeks ago so I could show it to them. There still would be no way to show it to them, since they have no way to communicate except by phone. They won't even refund due to the inedible meals. The rep wouldn't transfer me someone with authority to refund my hard earned money. I don't think that is even an option with them. Apparently, the only option available to them is to hang up the phone without warning, which is what she did. Tried to completely cancel my subscription online the other day when I received the delivery that was supposed to be paused, but the website kept showing as only paused. I tried to tell the rep that everything I did on the website was undone by the website, so any "records" they have are NOT accurate. She did manage to cancel my subscription while I was on the phone with her. I took a screen shot this time. Time will tell if they will follow through with the cancellation. I can't even remove my credit card from the account, even after the subscription was canceled.

This company is worthless. I tried them out and received my first delivery. I tried a couple meals the first day and decided I did not care for their recipes. I canceled my plan that same day. They have not stopped the orders despite me canceling, calling, and leaving messages. They do not have an email you can contact and they do not return your call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They will just take your money like a theif.

I got food poisoning from the first meal I ate and they still haven’t refunded me and I canceled before second week and still got charged even though they said I wouldn’t be because J had gotten food poisoning. The food also arrived late.

Horrible customer service. I "cancelled" online and the food kept coming and I was billed. I was told that "cancelled" meant it was paused. This was not clear. I called directly to officially cancel and was told they would put a request for a refund investigation for the two shipments that arrived that I did not want. I never heard back and every time I called to follow up (3 times) I got a run around. I could never talk to the "manager" named "Diane" that the refund investigation was under review with... and she never called me back. Felt like a scam.

Use another service! I signed up and canceled the same day, or so I thought. What clearly looks like you are canceling the service is *only* your account to log in and out. You have to physically call to cancel and even then it's questionable. They refused a refund. I did take screenshots and have reported them to a few agencies. Based on comments all over the internet, I am not the only one. Customer service is horrid! The food is mediocre, they use the same spices and do not allow meat options, I don't eat beef or pork and could not eliminate those.

The meals were late but I decided to try this anyhow. To be honest, I ended up throwing most of this away because to me it just did not taste good. I went in and CANCELLED this subscription, but today I woke up with an $86 charge on my account for 6 meals. I called the company and finally got through to someone who put me on hold. 10 minutes and waiting right now. UPDATE:Got the usual run around and a “there’s nothing we can do excuse”. i asked to speak with a manager. The employee that i spoke with told me a manager would call the next day. NEVER HAPPENED don’t do this. i’m out $85. haven’t received that box test but not holding my breath that anything will tast good

I’d highly advise not using this company. They delivered food to us almost a week late and the food was warm, meaning it went bad and there was no communication of this delay. Which goes directly against what their site advertises. There’s also a complete lack of customer communication in any regard. You may or may not receive notifications on your shipments, depends on your luck I guess. There is no communication within the customer service department. You call in to talk to one person and nothing of your situation is written down so when you call back in to follow up because they didn’t do their job the first time, you have to start all over. Oh and good luck getting a refund, this place is so unprofessional that they legit tried to barter with me about the refund. Save yourself the hassle, choose anywhere else and force this place to go out of business so no one else is scammed.

Company continued to charge me after I had canceled my service and then refused to work with my credit card company to provide a charge back.
