1. Dealing with not easily recyclicable packaging and cold packs. 2. Upredictable delivery times leading to worry about thawed out ice packs. 3. Meals were OK. Liked reasonably sized portions and recipes.

I've tried and tried to ask why their calories on the Keto chocolate chip pancakes has changed THREE times. I never can get an answer. It seems if you look at the ingredients in their meals, the calories/ nutrition per serving has to be INCORRECT. I'd like to know WHO is in charge of figuring out the "exact precise" calories/ingredients in each meal. It seems its FALSE advertisement.

Most meals were good but the rice is not soft at all.

I chose this meal delivery specifically because it offers low sodium options, which I need due to high blood pressure. I was very pleasantly surprised that the meals were actually quite delicious. However, I have to give 3 stars for a couple of reasons: 1) The plastic containers which are supposed to be microwave safe always melt and curl up during heating - this can't be safe. 2) The customer service is the absolute WORST. If you call the number you will just sit on hold for 10+ minutes until a message finally says no one is available, leave a message. If you submit a ticket through the app, they will just mark it complete without ever resolving the issue. Recently I was charged $125 for a weekly delivery but never received it, no tracking, nothing but it says delivered. When I inquired they just said a Customer Service Rep will assist you as soon as possible and then they closed out the ticket with no resolution. Also, I asked to have a week paused due to travel and they said that they cancelled my subscription and gave me a credit, which is not really what I asked for (also, I don't see any credit). In summary, the food is pretty yummy compared to most meal services, but the customer service is in need of drastic improvements.

Food tastes good, delivered with box on it's side despite label indicating "This side up" No ingredients or sodium content information.

The chicken dishes were all good but the steak with red potatoes label is mistaken,I believe...I got 2 of them and it includes a plastic cup of sauce (which is delicious, btw)...instructions say 3 minutes in the MW, and I think this is a mistake after just heating the 2nd one (1st time I thought maybe I put it on 4 minutes because the potato wedges broke away with a poke and the steak was so dry and tough, it had very little pieces that were edible). Well I did 3 minutes and same thing...same exact! Other dishes are 2 minutes and I'm thinking that's all this needed too. Ugh.

I've tried a couple prepared meal plans with a goal toward wt loss. This plan does some things well (taste, low carbohydrate if on keto plan, packaging). Cauliflower rice and mash substitute very well for potatoes and rice. It also needs improvement. Many meals do not include a vegetable unless you're content with just cauliflower. the Chicken tenders are just that! No vegetables. Cook your own vegetables to get your balanced meal. Also, if you're following WW points guidelines, be careful! Many meals may go as far as use your entire point balance for the day. I did find that some of these high point meals could be split in half over 2 meals thus taking the sting out of the points budget. The website did not work as smoothly as another plan I tried. I'm continuing the program to see if my wt loss continues. PS: when i emailed with questions about the program, i received no response.
