First order was totally not what I ordered. Asked for a refund back in March Still trying to get a credit or refund. Talked to 5 people saying it's taken care of and it hasn't happened. My third order my extra meal was ordered but not included in my box. I'm feeling really unhappy right now

Food is very good and basically clean. Macros do not add up to the calories they claim on the menu, when entered into MyFitnessPal. Given the portions I highly doubt the calories are as low as they claim. Doing a cut is hard and I'm paying not just convenience but ACCURACY. If you want to generally eat clean this company is great but if you need the measurements and nutrition info to be exact and accurate, I would avoid them, in my experience. Thanks.

2 stars because most of the food is good. However, they charged for deliveries not made. When we requested refund they refused and then sent a delivery 2 weeks later with a selection of food that is not even close to the food we chose, and most we cannot eat due to allergies. They have continued to deny a refund.

This company tries, but noy hard enough. They use ingredients like spices that are not included in the ingredients list. So if you have sensitivities or allergies this is no good. We had issues with both deliveries. The company is quick to give a store credit and resend out the food ASAP. Our 1st issue was delivery was 3 days late. 2nd issue the food came on time in a beat up box, the ice packs melted and food is ruined. The shipping issues will ruin this company. Will not recommend or use again.

I ordered before reading reviews. I know better than that. I immediately read these reviews about 5 minutes after purchase, bc I was trying to have a "chat" with the company and no response. It made me nervous. I called company, and asked to cancel order. They said they could cancel my account but I would still receive my first order. They said they did not have the capability of refunding, only canceling account. I said I had just made purchase 5 minutes earlier and purchase was in pending on my card account. They finally said they would refund and cancel order. Refund would come in 10 business days. So that was not good, bc at first they could not refund, and then she did refund. Very fishy. I will keep watching for refund. I did see a cancelation on my account and I printed it.

The food is pretty much the same every week, and since I cannot eat hot or spicy food, it’s mostly chicken. I tried the steak and shrimp, but the steak was overcooked to start with & reheating it made it worse. This food is nowhere close to what I cook. Some frozen dinners are better.

First, the positive. The food is good, good flavors and options. They offer good promotions and discounts. Now, the bad. Customer service. You are able to submit a ticket for help, but once they reply once (regardless if the issue has been resolved or not), the ticket gets closed. You have to continue to open tickets to keep a conversation going. It can take up to a week for an issue to get resolved. My first order didn’t get delivered on time, was delayed 3 days. A week ago my order was short shipped 2 meals. I contacted them that day and the next. I said I wanted the meals replaced, didn’t hear from them for 2 days. Finally I said I wanted a refund and I closed my account. I was asked to have patience and later was told it needed to go to upper management and they would reach out to me. It has been a week and I’ve heard nothing, nor any refund. Outside of the customer service issue, I’m not 100% positive the nutritional information provided is correct. The calories are low, but they give you a lot of food - doesn’t match up. I confirmed with my trainer/nutritionist. Not sure the pros outweigh the cons.

Our second order did not consist of the meals we selected when we started our subscription. When I reached out about this issue, customer service is not readily available, they have a small window between M-F 8-5. These hours are very inconvenient as they are the exact times my fiance and I are at work (as is the case with most people). We had call outside and inside of this window and we ALWAYS reach the automated recording saying "no one is available to take your call, please call again later". Eventually we did get a hold of someone who's solution was to overnight the correct meals, which never showed. Eventually, after sleeping through many loops we were given credits for those meals. Now we are currently waiting for our third delivery of new meals. We have not changed yet due to this being a common set behavior traits among the customer service of many meal prep companies as we have found. Cost wise we have benefited from promotions, which seems to be built to lure new customers in. The set projected cost of the weekly meals are approximately that of what we spend at the grocery store; we are very consistent with our meal prep. The meals seem to be cooked well and do save time. This is why Two stars. We value customer service which is what lead to us giving a low rating, however the meals taste excellent, for the most part, and for this we did not feel a one star was appropriate. The issue is getting the correct meals in a timely manner, having some sort of trained and established service policy in the event that something inevitably goes wrong, and the cost.
