Eat Clean cannot be trusted with your payment information. They charged my credit card without authorization (for unknown reasons) a month ago and are refusing to reverse the charge. I haven’t used their services since 02/28/2023 and will never use their services or recommend them in the future. When I did use their services, the food was mediocre and order accuracy was consistently wrong - which is why I stopped using them over a year ago! Poorly run company with lousy customer service and fraudulent practices. Zero stars.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I made an account just to see the menu and canceled less than 10 minutes later. They still charged me and claimed that it is apart of their TOS that first orders cannot be canceled. One, that is just terrible policy and two, it does not say that anywhere when you make an account. Customer service was absolutely terrible and unwilling to help, both by email and phone!. I would not recommend this company

You have to pay in order to see the menu. Once you get past the paywall, you find that the meals are anything but appetizing from the descriptions to the pictures. The number of spelling mistakes and inaccurate macronutrient information is also concerning. I tried to cancel within 15-minutes of signing up but was told that there were no refunds.

I tried to cancel this subscription 2 days after I subscribed on Sept. 1. Since it is a refrigerated product, I cancelled it in plenty of time since it wouldn't be delivered until Sept. 4. I got an email saying I couldn't cancel it because it had already been processed. Then, I got another email saying it wouldn't be delivered until Sept. 5. This place is a scam.

I had the same experience as Pavel. Canceled last year, charged $15 bag fee, and requested refund 10 days ago. They agreed to refund but did not do so. Very dishonest. Disputed with credit card.

I have cancelled my service with the company a year ago because of horrible mess of a service (not necessarily food). But 9 days ago they charged my card for $15. I logged in to my account and it says "Bagging fee". What a heck?! When I called them they said it was a mistake and they would refund within 3-5 days. 9 days later - no refund. Trying to reach them for 2 days calling multiple times a day and NOBODY ANSWERS and NO REFUND. This crappy customer service is the only reason I have cancelled my plan one year ago and they don't improve!

Fraudulently charged me back after 3 years

My food order was listed as in transit to UPS on 08/03 and was delivered on 08/07. By this time, the ice was totally melted and one of the ice bags had broken open spilling the contents all over food containers. I went online and requested a refund thru their chat option. They offered to send out another box. But I declined as this was the 3rd order from them and I had issues with 2 of the 3 deliveries. I called to check on the refund after 5+ days and I was told they have no records of my request and then I was told the manager would call me back. She never did. I have called every day for the last 3 days and get the same story every day…She will return my call later that day. And she never does. Very poor customer service. Update: Eat clean replied to my review on 08/25 but as of 09/03 NO ONE has contacted me. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. So disappointed! Their food was the best.
