Ordered 10 meals from this company. They were never delivered. No communication with the customer support. Not willing to refund. Terrible company. Do not waste your money.

Meals aren't anything outstanding but decent. However, even when I complete the list of foods we don't eat (including pork since we're kosher) those meals will still get automatically picked for options...this seems obviously poor management in my opinion but maybe I'm expecting some common sense? We used the services for several months but had a couple issues requiring customer service, which was horrendous. The final straw was when they charged me prior to approval of meals (and prior to end-of-time to make adjustments) and would not refund these meals, some of which we can't even use. We cancelled and I do not believe they are worth the headache.

EatClean is a scam. I canceled my account and they sent me an order the next week anyways, claiming that I needed to cancel more than 7 days in advance (for a weekly meal delivery), even though I canceled it at the time they sent me an email stating I could make changes as long as I did it before the next day. When I called customer service, they claimed I would have needed to call them in order to cancel that week's delivery after canceling my account.

Only received 4 meals when I ordered and paid for 12. I just had back surgery and I was relying on those meals. Customer service sucks.

If you get your order and it’s correct, it’s good. If there’s a problem expect no help and to be ignored.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I tried their trial plan and was not happy with the quality of the food, so I immediately canceled my subscription in their portal. Despite canceling, they continued to charge me THREE MORE TIMES for meal plans I didn't order. Two of which came while I was out of town! I have now called them three times and canceled my plan in their portal two more times, and it keeps getting mysteriously reactivated, and I keep getting charged. I've asked two representatives to email me a confirmation that my account has been canceled and that I would be refunded for the meals I never ordered, and they have both failed to do it. To top it off, my brother got food poisoning from one of the chicken meals, so all of them are being thrown away. It is a complete waste of money and time trying to resolve this! I wish I had read these reviews before trying their trial plan.

Why pay $19.99 when you can go to the Dollar General Store and pick up a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide which when diluted with water is a natural disinfecting agent that removes 99.9% of bacteria and fungus growth from fruits and vegetables. So there, I just saved you $18.99 minus $1.00 for a spray bottle. This is a scam big time.

this company never sends the correct meals, will pick meals for you even if you pick ones yourself, doesn’t answer the customer services phones, will give you the run around and lie constantly. you will never get a deserved refund. do not use this company unless you want to literally throw your money away. customer serviced called me back one time and hung up the second i answered. SCAM
