This company has some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They charge your card for things you dont receive and you will never get you money credited back to you. I have called 7 times for a refund they owe me for food we never received and every single time they tell me a date of the refund and it never happens. They hope you will just stop calling and they keep your money. NEVER,EVER do business with this company. They are nowhere to be found on the BBB either.

I have been on hold with customer service for one hour and nine minutes. They did not deliver my third order five days ago and have already charged me for next week. It was terrible timing as I had flown in from out of town and had to get through a week of long work hours with an empty refrigerator.

This company is not good. I have been waiting and waiting for my refund, despite numerous phone calls and emails! I gave them the alloted time 7-10 business days and NOTHING. I AM ALWAYS told someone will call or email about this and NOTHING. THE MEALS LOOK ALL THE SAME AND visually unappealing. I do not recommend this company. They are not responsive or ethical.

Recently started and selected my meals. Company sent me different meals than what I had selected. Company gave no notification that they did not have the meals I selected (prior to shipping) and simply told me after the fact (when i contacted them) that they did not have the ingredients. I emailed them once again asking them to send me the meals I ordered and no response. This is fraud and not what I paid for. I believe this same company used to operate under "Eatcleanmealprep.com" but then rebranded after being buried with bad reviews. Seems to be the business model of bad companies. When ship sinks, rebrand with a new name.

i paid for an order i got confirmation but support rep said they never recived the payment even though i have it taken out from my bank ( and i have sreenshots of my acocunt of proof of purchase to prove) so now its time for a dispute

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!! I have a wrong charge since Aug 22, and has been calling almost daily and no one picks up the phone. The only time I got lucky, they promised a refund and two months later, I am still waiting for it. I am still calling almost daily, and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

I have been trying to talk with a manager about getting my refund of $153.95 since the end of July, 2024, via emails and telephone calls. I have never dealt with a company with POOR service. Just to be clear, the representatives that you talk to via telephone are not responsible for the problem. I assume they are doing their best to pass the info forward. It is the MANAGERS/BILLING DEPT that do not return phone calls. I would never do any business with this company.

They charge your card before you approve of your next delivery and the customer service is just them telling you lies. It doesn't matter what you select on the website--they will ship whatever they want. In my case, they shipped a bunch of disgusting servings of mac and cheese and chicken nuggets (the cheapest thing they can produce). I had to report them to my bank to get all the money they owed me refunded, which finally happened after four months of emails and phone calls.
