A meal delivery service that is actually healthy! Other meal delivery services claim to be natural and healthy - but are actually filled with preservatives, fillers and low quality ingredients. Also, the portions tend to be so small, that you'd have to eat two or three of the meals if you're an adult with a typical appetite, particularly a man who doesn't want to lose muscle. Not so with "Eat Clean." Only real food in the meals and the portions are realistically generous and satisfying. Plus, the protein to fat ratio seems quite balanced. In addition, many "food delivery service" meals taste like a slightly upgraded TV dinner. Honestly, "Eat Clean" meals taste virtually the same as a homemade meal. They are fresh and delicious. I've noticed an improvement in my energy levels and clarity of mind since eating the meals now for about a month. Thank you so much to the team at "Eat Clean." Keep doing what you're doing.

At first I ordered the regular portion, however, I am greedy so before even getting my first food package I ordered the large portion for my next delivery. To my surprise the regular portion was filling enough and kept me satisfied for hours. When I did get the large portion it was way too much food for me. The meals are delicious, satisfying and meet my needs.

This is such a great way to substitute meals! The food is delicious, organic and they had VEGAN OPTIONS which were actually delicious! My dad is 88 and was skeptical at first but as he tried the different dishes he enjoyed them. They tasted fresh and looked very healthy and were surprisingly very flavorful! Thank you for this wonderful prep. We loved them!

I have tried every meal delivery service out there. Eat Clean is my favorite because the meals are fresh and delicious. I feel good about eating the meals because the ingredients are real food. I am always satisfied and full after eating and the price is right!!

I've tried so many home delivery services. This by far is the best tasting, most variety, easy to heat-up and the plastic comes off easily (sounds silly yet its a thing with other brands). The food tastes delicious and the portions are great. Very tender, outstanding sauces and my doctor recommended EatClean. Don't hesitate to sign up!
