It's like they're in the same room with you
I have always been afraid to use WordPress. Seemed like ALOT and tedious. Support is so stellar and always right there. It feels like if I get stuck I just look over my shoulder and ask support. It really is like they are in the same room with you

The don’t have a file manager and have little resources vs what you’re paying. If you have multiple sites and want to host them on the same hosting account, I don’t recommend them for that.
Cons: Limited resources for what you paying Pros: easy to use but there’s no file manager on the control panel.

Hello Mohammad, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your perspective on the resources provided compared to the pricing. We're continuously working to improve our offerings and ensure they align with our customers' needs. It's important to note that EasyWP is designed with simplicity in mind, catering to individuals and businesses with small website needs or minimal requirements. For larger-scale projects or multiple websites, other hosting solutions like shared hosting or more advanced options such as VPS (Virtual Private Server) might be better suited. These alternatives typically provide greater flexibility and resources to accommodate diverse needs and scalability requirements. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help in any way possible. Best regards, Namecheap Team

Great small business service and amazing FREE tech support!
The Namecheap service (and specifically the Easy WP Wordpress shared hosting) is such good value and way above the level of technical support provided absolutely free of charge, even to the extent of doing my website transfer for me, doing all the techy stuff I did not have the patience, nor time, nor know-how to do with: transferring an existing website, changing over the domain name and even installing the SSL certificate. I have used many hosting providers over the decades, and this is one is hard to beat!
