Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your interests were not met. You are right, EasyWP doesn’t include cPanel. Instead we designed a single, customized dashboard to easily manage all your EasyWP websites. Also, with EasyWP, you would need to get an email service for the domain additional if you wish to use your domain for emails. For instance, you may consider our Private Email plans. However, we would like to inform you that if you need to host a website using cPanel and WordPress, and host email, you may consider our Shared hosting plans: https://www.namecheap.com/hosting/shared/ . Namecheap's Shared hosting plans allow you to host websites built not only WordPress but also with non-WordPress Content Management Systems (CMS), including custom-scripted websites. It is a good solution for those who feel comfortable working with cPanel and cPanel email service is included with shared hosting. If you have any questions or if we can be of further assistance, our Support Team is always here for you via Live Chat and Ticket support system. Best regards, Namecheap Team
