I ordered the Wonder & Wise Wagon Walker and when the package arrived (4 days late) it was a completely different item, which I had to ship back. I am still waiting on the original item to arrive 18 days after the original purchase date. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. The positive thing about my experience was support I received from the customer service rep —she was very helpful and responsive.

I had to purchase through Shop app but that is fine and secure. Receive items 3 days before promised; so great customer service and kept me informed it was coming. The product was a bit cheaper than other major stores.

Great customer service! I ordered a 13 inch doll and loved it! However, there was little confusion since I assumed the doll will include clothes on as shown on the picture. I contacted Easytot's customer service and Emma offered some great solution to this slight error. 10/10 customer service!
