I was crusing online shopping for a certain brand of kids pj's. The site of that company was out of stock in most of the options. I went back out to seach and came upon EasyTot. I was amazed at the selection, the ease of use of their on line platform and checkout process. I bought way more than I planned as they had great stock in the brand I was looking for and the accomodation for a small hickup in my order that was easily resolved was impressive. Check out this site, I know I will be back as my grandkids are only 2-4yrs. old.

Unfortunately when I received the shipment I opened up the first magical and dance rotating Nutcracker figuring out of four and it was broken and then I opened up a second one and also did not work so I wanted to make sure that I started a return which I did and I need to have a full refund and I need to send things back as soon as possible. I started a return with best pysanky since I could not get in touch at with anybody from easy tot. The paperwork that was in the Box only had the other companies information on it didn't have anything in any way to get in contact with anybody from Easy Tot

As a first-time EasyTot customer, I wasn't sure what to expect when I reached out to let them know that my item was damaged in-transit.. not only did I get a kind response within an hour (what?!) but they sent out a replacement the very next morning. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Aside from that, they have a great product selection - I bought holiday items, but can already see plenty that I'll be adding to cart soon. Love that they have such a broad selection of kid items from high-end brands. Big fan!

EasyTot had great prices and fast delivery on items I was ordering for Christmas (delivery was faster than many other sites I compared). Twice I needed to reach out to customer service and both times they were instantly responsive via text! They were also able to address both issues quickly: (1) they had to make a change on their end so I could add a certain item to my cart, and (2) an item arrived defective and they shipped out a replacement the very next day after I contacted them. I will be shopping at EasyTot again!

An order came damaged in shipping but was immediately amended by the team. The EasyTot team is prompt and incredibly responsible. They make you feel cared for in a personal way. Thank you Emma for your help.
