Easy to Grow BulbsReviews of easytogrowbulbs.com

I ordered ten alstromeria plants and they were shipped within a week. The packing was perfect and no damage after being with FedEx for four days. The plants were already blooming, so I didn’t even need the labels on the five different colors. I give this company five stars for perfect plants shipped in careful packing.

I hope this company gets jail time for their incompetence. First of all, customer service is a complete joke... They answer the phone will hello? Like okay who am I calling? Can you confirm I've got customer service on the line? It took 3 weeks to get my order which needed to be planted like weeks ago and guess what? It wasn't even my order. It was some random person's packing slip and even their name and info on the box and somehow they slapped my shipping label on the box. What the... Like I'm seriously appalled at how stupid you can be. I better be getting a refund. The lady needs to wait to see if my order shipped. Like who cares? If I'm not receiving it- I need a refund. Going to file a chargeback. Horrible company. The bulb in the box I did get looks like garbage so I'm sure all my roots would have been anyway.

I bought a dozen+ Japanese Iris last fall, and planted them the day they arrived. Come Spring - nothing. The 100+ ensatas I already have are growing stongly, but nothing from the Easy To Go bulbs. I wrote to customer service and received a response almost 2 weeks later, asking repeatedly how I had planted. The final response was on well - then nothing. Plant your cash in lieu of product from Easy Go Bulbs.

Never received product and no customer service responses

I ordered Wineberrycandy daylilies in May of 2025 and I received a bag of dried up root husks....no packing dates on the bag...the bag looked like it might have been from the previous years crop...you could tell that they had been in that bag a LONG TIME! I have a yard full of daylilies purchased from multiple sources and have been growing them for 40 years and this is the worst purchase I have ever made...I would not buy anything else from them...I was so disappointed, I really wanted those daylilies.

Ordered 10 siberian iris. Received three rhizomes, maybe bearded iris. No picture of what i received no packing slip. Repeated emails stating problem with zero response.

I ordered over $50 worth of paperwhite bulbs … only 2 of them bloomed …it takes about 6 weeks to bloom when forced in pebbles…so when I asked for a refund they said I was out of the window for a refund… and they couldn’t find my order!!!!!I have purchased paperwhite bulbs from other companies and NEVER HAD BULBS THAT didnt bloom…THEY SELL DEFECTIVE BULBS!!!!!

I placed an order for Rio Negro Lilium bulbs and Heartstrings Lilium bulbs. Both Rio Negro bulb shipments arrived in unacceptable condition. Original Shipment One bulb was extremely soft, with scales falling off and opening like a flower — clearly on its way to becoming mushy and nonviable. One bulb had visible mold on arrival. The third bulb was severely dehydrated and of poor quality. Replacement Shipment All three replacement bulbs arrived in worse condition than the originals. Every bulb was desiccated, molded, and not viable. Additionally, the basal plates on all three bulbs were rotten and mushy, making them completely unusable. Missing Heartstrings Lilium I also never received my Heartstrings Lilium bulbs. After receiving two rounds of unviable Rio Negro bulbs, I cancelled my remaining order and received a refund after multiple phone calls, chats, and emails. Packaging Both shipments arrived in perforated plastic bags with no peat moss, padding, or protective material. This is not appropriate packaging for live bulbs and likely contributed to the condition on arrival. This review reflects my experience and the condition of the products I received.
