Ordered Alstromeria potted plants on 5/2/26 and instantly received confirmation. Absolutely NO communication since then, have written them with NO response a number of times. Will work with my credit card company to register a fraud claim. Would recommend never doing business with these people. Awful.

I had been very pleased with orders until this year. Have been waiting on plants for over a month, can’t get anyone to tell me a shipping date, no answer to email and chat never has anyone maning it. Won’t be back. I have had to delay landscaping services waiting twice. Still don’t know when or if they will arrive.

Absolutely awful!!! I bought one Bleeding Heart root for too much money and too much shipping. It was about one inch long and looks dead. I planted it, but think don't think I will see it in my lifetime.

I'm definitely feeling like I was scammed. Ordered bulbs that were in stock and ready to send. Got no confirmation email, but they charged my account. 13 days later no order, no confirmation. Called customer service only to be told by a bot that they are unable to take my call at this time. I tried several more times, same message. Tried the online chat and they say the wait time is over 15 minutes----endlessly. So off to my bank I went to dispute the charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had checked these reviews before I made my order.

I wanted a specific variety of blueberry and they had it. If you can get what you want elsewhere, you will be happier than ordering from Easy To Grow. They feel like small upstart but they’ve been in business a long time. Poor communication, over priced. They use SHOP, which I refuse to use to track orders until the order ships and they ship 2x / year based in your zone. Packaging was surprisingly good and the plant arrived with minimal damage. A “this end up” sticker on the box might help. USPS transit time was 3 days and package was delivered to my door.

Shipping schedule is of no use, CS is no help, can give no info other than refer you to site. Site Says for zone 6 "Begins in late March/early April". It is May 6th and still no shipping notice. In other words we'll get to ya when we get to ya.

I have purchased before and not been satisfied and should have learned my lesson. This time I have paid for plants that have never arrived nor been confirmed they have shipped. I have learned my lesson, never again.

The orders take time because they ship when they have many orders ready to go and not before, so after a 20 day long wait, my bare root phlox arrived. 2 roots were way better than average bare roots. The other was rotten, but they immediately replaced it (came today) with a super great root. Considering the great price, and the overall quality, they will be my go to site in the future.
