Luckily, I only ordered one Bleeding Heart. When I received it, it was in an envelope in what looked like sawdust. I had a hard time even finding the so-called plant in this substance. I planted it right away. Within 3 weeks, it had not sprouted; it was dead as dead can be. I couldn't even find the teeny top of it by then. I wrote the company and all they did was give me excuses as to why they wouldn't honor their so-called guarantee. They are definitely scam artists, and are out to get your money. I purchased other Bleeding Hearts from a more reputable company, and the plants began growing within a week after planting. I'd advise you to stay far, far away from this company.

Less than 50% of plants/bulbs grew. Wasted $130.00!!!

I placed several orders across April. Bearded iris, rain lilies and foxtail lilies. The iris came in dried. They were very small, but mostly viable. But, as rebloomers, they certainly won't be blooming at all until next spring at the earliest. The rain lilies were short in numbers, and embarrassingly pitiful. I took pictures and complained, and they sent more bulbs that were a little better. The worst outcome was from the foxtail lilies. They were expensive, but I was expecting a large, octopus-like root, so I went ahead and ordered. In addition, I prepared the beds for perfect conditions, giving excellent drainage in the sun. When the bulbs came, they were very tiny, not the size they should have been. After planting and waiting for two months, NOT ONE has sprouted. I wrote the company again, but I have gotten no reply. Don't waste your time. This company should be named Easy to Take your Money.

WHAT USED TO BE A REALLY GOOD QUALITY HAS FALLEN BELOW THE DEPTHS OF MISERABLE. Tiny sickly bulbs & plants, shipped at the completely wrong time for planting, no customer service, no pones answered or emails. You are better off taking your chances with one of the fraud-ridden sites like etsy or ebafia than ordering from here. I am a horticulturist, retired, and had a bulb and native plant nursery, I have forgotten more than this company ever knew about plants and customer service.

this was my second try ordering from Easy to Grow. the first order was never sent. This year I ordered and 2 months later I'd received only 1 item. Since it was late for my planting season I cancelled and received less than a full refund. No answer on phone number for a couple of days. Chat took forever. Person seemed nice but I will never buy from this company again.

Ordered 4 different Elephant ear Bulbs that were of the large variety. The Mojito “bulb” that was sent was 1/2” x 1/4” in size with a tiny leaf sprouted from it and the stem was bent and almost broken. We usually buy large elephant ear bulbs from Home Depot but thought we would try to order from a bulb company for better variety and quality. That was a BIG MISTAKE! What we received was unbelievably small to minuscule bulbs. I reached out to the company for a refund of the Mojito bulb and have not received a reply. I WASTED $65 hard earned dollars. I will NEVER ORDER from this company again.

Why send bulbs that are totally past the season to plant? And I do not have room to store. On yesterday, April 28th I received an order for bulbs that was placed December 17th order #346600/2293072 for Gladiolus 'Artistic' corms the Dahlia Watermelon. Each of these should have been planted in February or March. I feel that I've been scammed because now no one return my calls or respond to emails. I would like to return them but before I do so I want a guarantee my account will be credited. I feel scammed by this company.

Customer service responded quickly and gave good estimate of shipments when asked. The prices are very good. Variety huge. So far the gladiolus and hyacinth blooming and bloomed well for rookies. Passionfruit vines look healthy, moist, packed well. Variety,price, well shipped. 30 year gardener. My experience has been very good.
