I am writing regarding my recent plant order, which took approximately three weeks to arrive. After waiting that long, I finally received the plants in extremely poor condition. Several arrived wilted, dried out, broken, brown, or appearing dead/nearly dead. These plants are not acceptable nursery-quality items and are not what I paid for.

They did not send a confirmation e-mail till 10 days later after I reached out to them the week before (so a week to respond to customer service e-mails). Then they pretended I still wanted my order and tried to send to me. By then, I had already submitted a charge back and ordered my plants from elsewhere. If you call to talk to someone, no-one answers the phone.

Bought peony bare root, received on May 30, 2026, planted them but it didn't grow nor give me any sprouts. Return policy is within 5 days only! So I lose money and now I don't have peony plant Order number 532368/2823016. Never again!!

We never got our bulbs. I tried to email customer support to no avail. I think this company could be a scam.

These people are an absolute SCAM now. The owners should be put in prison. I cannot get anything true to name from these people, particularly their Dahlias. I ordered an expensive Dahlia Tartan and Optical Illusion and I get cheap, single color Purple dahlias. When trying to call them, you can never reach anyone and have to leave a message, for which they NEVER return. I'll filing complaints with the FTC and Internet Fraud divisions for their ETSY profile. These people need to be put out of business.

Worst purchase of my life! I ordered two lemonade blueberry plants. They were not cheap and I was super excited. It took 2 months to arrive. They both were super small. One died the next day. I planted them both the day they arrived…. Fast forward- it took customer service 3 days to call me and they said they said they would send me a replacement- took another 3 weeks. It finally arrived. All the leaves fell off the plant before I even opened the package and the dirt was everywhere but in the pot- I reached out to customer service…. I’m sure it will be a week before I hear anything! Dooooo better! I want my money back

I paid around 40 for three bulbs. Anemone and hyacinth and daffodils. We had a bit of a long winter. Had freezes. Now that’s over but my bulbs are dead. I took them out of the bags. They crumbled. I’m not order anymore from them. Also I had some kind of reaction, stinging and then I touched my face and my face was stinging. I ran water over my face and hands. There’s something in there. It stung. Those bulbs shouldn’t not have died like that. I think they were close to dead when I got them. I didn’t even look at them in the bags when I got them. But in the time that I got them to the time that they’re ready to plant they’re dead. I would rather go to Lowe’s that or Home Depot or some nursery and buy a plant and then it’s guaranteed if it dies. They’ll cover it.
