Hello, I'm sorry you had this experience. We do not immediately shut down subscriptions. We do suspend suspicious subscriptions for investigation. When this happens, we send an email for you to respond to help verify your subscription. If you do not reply, your subscription will be closed and you will be refunded. The only time you will not be refunded is if you were found to have violated our terms of service which are published on our site. The most common reasons: clear attempts at fraud and abuse of our support team.

Your subscription was undergoing a normal verification which we told you about. You have to give us a short amount of time to finish the verification. The reason that your subscription was closed and you were refunded was because in the FIRST negative review you posted, you said you weren't refunded. Then, you wanted your subscription reinstated. Sorry, we do not do that after a negative comment. Next time you deal with someone or some service, think of kindness and patience first.

I'm really sorry to hear this! I can confirm we opened a support ticket that you could reply to to inform you of the porting progress, but we never heard a response. For that reason, the porting was delayed. Today, we saw that you paid the outstanding invoice and approved and completed the port on our side and sent you a notification on the support ticket. Regarding your number not working, I checked and saw that you ran out of credit - this is visible in the "Subscription" section of the dashboard.
