Does not guarantee, as indicated. The Murphy bed mechanism is difficult and requires much more labour than advertised. I tried to return and was denied reimbursement. This was a complete loss of money time and the company is not standing behind their product

We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. Our Murphy bed hardware kits are designed to be built using standard materials and dimensions outlined in our guides, and we stand behind the hardware itself with a lifetime warranty. When issues arise, our support team works with customers to determine whether the concern relates to hardware, construction, or installation variables. We’re always happy to review order details and photos to help resolve any issues.
