This kit is exceptional in every way! The cutting, assembly and construction manuals are expertly compiled and presented and the hardware that comes with the kit is of the highest quality. I had a few questions during the project and their phone support line was also exceptional. Do yourself a favor and use this company if you want a really great DIY murphy bed project.

This is an updated review. (1) The parts and instructions are great (better than the previous one I built). (2) Although there was a customer-service issue, they fixed it and it's all good. Will probably buy another one for our guest room (as this one was for our son's place).

Does not guarantee, as indicated. The Murphy bed mechanism is difficult and requires much more labour than advertised. I tried to return and was denied reimbursement. This was a complete loss of money time and the company is not standing behind their product

We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. Our Murphy bed hardware kits are designed to be built using standard materials and dimensions outlined in our guides, and we stand behind the hardware itself with a lifetime warranty. When issues arise, our support team works with customers to determine whether the concern relates to hardware, construction, or installation variables. We’re always happy to review order details and photos to help resolve any issues.

I purchased a few weeks back and needed to cancel my order within a few days (items had not shipped). I was told I’d have to pay a 20% restocking fee - which was over $100. Scam of a company and they refused to cancel my order. Shipped out the product and I’ve had no choice but to dispute with my credit card company. Do not buy from these people.

We understand how frustrating order changes can be once an item has shipped. As outlined on our website, shipping costs are non-refundable and restocking fees apply to returned items after dispatch. These policies help us keep pricing fair for all customers. Our support team is always available to clarify options prior to shipment.
