Eastern Jungle GymReviews of easternjunglegym.com

I have used their products in the past assembling a free standing swing set. The products are easy to install and are heavy duty and should last a long time. The A frame brackets are easy to install, versatile, and very strong. The swings, gliders, and mounting hardware are of heavy construction. I had some questions about some hardware I had used in the past and I got an email back the next business day. The response was very helpful and addressed my exact concerns.

I love Eastern Jungle Gym! Great play sets, helpful salespeople and prompt delivery. Called to ask a question about the swing set I was interested in and they were extremely pleasant. Highly recommend.

I went on line to order replacement swings for my grandchildrens swingset fir their birthdays. I placed the order on Saturday night and they were delivered on Tuesday morning. The delivery was free. I even received a coupon code and got a discount on the purchase price. My daughter said the swings are well made. I purchased the swing set from the company and that was I decided to use them again.

Quick delivery of bucket swing. They were not cooperative though when I asked for instructions for Classic swing set.

Awesome company to deal with, especially the customer service dept. Had an issue with a bracket after I installed it. They replaced it immediately and also offered other compensation for my trouble. They have quality products at competitive prices. Will buy from them again.

Will definitely be ordering from this company again. Nice product and fast shipping.

I called Eastern Jungle Gyms a couple of times before we decided on our playset. Both people were friendly and helpful and not pushy or impatient with my many questions. The only problem I had is one employee quoted an incorrect height on a playset that we were considering. (We found out the correct measurement later when we realized that the website and brochure and video said a different height than what she told us.)

Was so happy to receive my order so quickly. Will definitely be shopping again with Eastern Jungle Gym!
