We recently ordered a replacement tent cover (roof) for our playscape as it has endured six harsh winters and even some hurricanes in the Northeast. I was able to determine the replacement tent's size by watching a video on the website. I followed up with a call to Customer Service who were very helpful and placed the order for me over the phone. Easy to replace and we are ready for another six years of fun.

We had a slight mishap with our order, but it took only 5 minutes to get it fixed. EJG Customer Service was polite, friendly, and most importantly they made it right immediately. They also followed up later to make sure we were satisfied and apologized for the mistake. Hey, we're all human! Things happen . . . the test is in how we handle them. Oh, and by the way, we ordered the hardware for a complete swing set and were extremely pleased with the quality and price.
