Eastern Jungle GymReviews of easternjunglegym.com

My wife wanted a yard swing, but when I priced them at a local Amish outlet, I had sticker shock. Researching the internet I saw your Jungle Jim. I calculated the cost and my "sweat equity" and decided to do it myself. She was amazed, perhaps in my ability, but never the less, in the final outcome. Your equipment was the base for the whole project, just adding the lumber was easy. Your directions were easy to follow. My only recommendation would be to include a small bottle of touch-up paint because I found three tiny rust spots on one of the welded joints. Anyway, my wife is happy, so I am ecstatic due to your product.

shipped fast and quality products

These products are very high quality. I expect the swing set to last a lifetime.

We ordered belt swings, a hanging bar, handles and the a-frame bracket. Everything we received was great! The a-frame bracket for the swing beam was a big help for a DIY swingset. I have seen a few collapsed swingsets in our neighborhood, and all seemed to have failed at the top of the a-frame. I am confident that will not happen with the EJG bracket.

Thanks for prompt delivery. Item was just as advertised and very easy to use. Thanks!

Parts arrived intact. Good quality. Zip lock bag of one of the bolts and nuts broken and pieces loose in box. Written instructions on individual assembly of pieces on the beam. A checked packing list would have been very helpful. Had to call for missing bag of bracket hardware. Customer service very helpful. Had to separate order hardware for beam assembly of tire swing, glider, slings as required. (extra $199)

All the materials recieved in good condition, even came with stakes. The instructions were a bit vague. Actual length of main beam & support legs were not listed & and only got non commitial comments from customer service. I used a 9 foot main beam and 9 foot support legs. The metal brakets had some weding splatter inside so I had to do some sanding on all the wood to get it inserted. I installed the brackets and bolted it to the main beam after mounting the swing hardware. Then set it on the ground in final area with the swing hardware & legs on top. Using a second personIi inserted legs and installed one bolt into each leg. Then with 2 people we tipped the main beam & legs until 2 legs contacted the ground & continued to raise it until all 4 legs were on ground. at this point the rest of the bolts were inserted & swings added. Very pleased with end result.

A-Frame bracket I purchased is excellent, first class. However, the lag bolts I ordered with it were absolute garbage. I predrilled the holes and 2 of these broke off when screwing them in. Now I am stuck with posts with broken off bolts.
