Scam company taking 600 a week from me for three months then they are ghosting me. No replys to any of my calls or emails. I assume they are a shell company that gets the ACH agreement and steals money as long as the customer is ignorant to their business model? Im trying to get the money back...I guess I have to shop for an attorney to sue Easetern and CRA. This is Trust Pilot so I assume this review will be disappeared.

I had a great experience with my initial point of contact, Keonna Brown. She advised me that they could lower my weekly payments and settle my debt for lower than what I owed. She and the Company RAM did just what they said they would do.

In your answer to my review you are way off base and lying through your teeth. I asked to be removed from your program within the cancellation period to obtain a full refund. I cancelled within 36 hrs. of initial signing and was suppose to receive my full refund. Nothing to do with being in the program for 6 months. You guys are just a bunch of rip off people.

Im waitng on my refund and I'm not hearing from anyone. I'm steps away from filing a report to the feds because i was mislead into signing up and after the first week i told them i dont want to be a part of this program this is not what was explained to me. They took a second payment and now i need back those 2 payments. The contract wa void when the information to sign up was different from what was explained. When will a receive my 2 payments back please?

Scammed me for over 20k. Stay far away!! I signed up with them to help me settle an MCA and they put me on a weekly payment which is was less than them. After 4 months I started asking what going on and have they even contacted the other MCA people that keep calling and harassing me. They them completely ignored me and stop answering any questions and put me on a DONOT CALL LIST!!! How in the world are we allowing companies like this still be in business and scamming! Someone please help me? Can anyone help me with legal advise?

You enrolled in a longer program with us, 16 months, and the best settlement offers occur at the tail-end of programs, not at the beginning. During your tenure with us, we were saving you almost 50% of your payments, which was injecting immediate cash flow back into your business. At the 5-month mark, things seemed to have gotten shaky and a cancellation request was made. We do highly encourage clients to stay the full term, ride it out, and your business will get more than expected. Jumping ship less than mid-way is not advantageous for anyone.
