Hi Mike! We strive for our agents to be courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic. We understand Merchant Cash Advances can cause a great deal of stress to those who utilize them. I extend our apologies to you for feeling the way you feel about your experience & we would be more than happy to rectify anything you feel is negative. We have sent you a private message regarding this matter. Wishing you only the best.

Michelle is so helpful and truly cares…
Michelle is so helpful and truly cares about her clients and their well being. She wants to help but is also cognizant of not putting clients into a worse or similar position and will talk you through your options. I will definitely be leaning on her for advice and support, as she’s very knowledgeable about her work and it shows that she has been doing this for a long time. She gave me so much relief just in my first phone call. Thank you Michelle!

Very pleased !
“All I have to say is I’ve never felt more comfortable doing a consult over the phone. I was respected and was given honest and direct answers. They weren’t able to help me because my debt was too low which is okay because they helped steer me in a different direction to get the relief I needed… they were honest and not pushy at all! I’m super impressed with their professionalism!”
