EASY AFFORDABLE ON TIME

Today is the 5/27 and I still don't have my package. The Postal service decided that I needed to be there for them to leave it!! Even though it clearly says no signature was necessary. In the future if a order anything from you, I want it shipped ups, or fedx.

Only thing I wish they carried is 29GA Leur Lock syringe tips for different sizes of no needle, Leur Lock Syringes. Glad that you all have finally started to ship out your packages SO much faster now… Thanks!

I've ordered from this company and several times and have always received exceptional customer service, fast delivery times and a quality product.

I gave east coast a not so favorable review because I was upset with the amount of time shipping took and the expense. I was pleasantly surprised when they got right back to me and told me they knew they had a problem and were working to correct it. My expense was reimbursed. Product quality was never in question.

I've ordered from East Coast Medical Supply before. They have a user-friendly website and prompt shipping. They are easy to deal with. This last order I placed had a minor issue--one of the items I received was different than the one I ordered. I sent customer service an e-mail and let them know about the problem, they replied promptly and said they would send the correct product to me immediately at no cost to me. I thought they did an excellent job of resolving the issue.
