Someone used my email address for purchases and I was able to contact the company through trust pilot where my issue was corrected in less than 12 hours. Very impressed with turn around time on that customer service. Hopefully no further issues going forward. Perhaps and automated option to have my email address removed could have skipped this step, but nonetheless I am satisfied.
