The USPS lost my order...imagine that. Their tracking showed that the package had been delivered but, no actual package was delivered to me. I reached to customer service at East Coast Medical Supply, and within a very short time they had responded to my email and offered to ship another order out free of charge. George Courtney said they "guarantee delivery".. I was amazed. I had only reached out to them to advise them that my order had been lost by USPS and not expecting really anything from the company. These guys got me an order out priority mail and I received it within a few days! This kind of customer service is rare these days. I will absolutely refer business to these guys and give them all my future business! Thank you!

It was very easy to order and my package arrived it what seemed 2 days ...3at the most. The box was quite obvious what the contents were, I would rather a bit more discrete packing, the box was also crushed but the contents were fine. Like the title states it was a quick easy process and most important, I got what I had ordered!! Fully recommend easy coast medical.
