Says 2-3 days to ship has been a week now and nothing

Back ordered and only sent half my order without emailing me to let me know. Not cool.

Slow to respond. Minimally detailed in the response to help. No apology for the large inconvenience, no accounting for the delay in receiving my order or reimbursement of shipping cost, or any initiative or offer to expedite the reshipment. I did not receive any update or confirmation of the correct order being shipped. No detailed invoice, tracking number, notbing.

I ordered five boxes of syringes and you only delivered two,so one star for each box.

I gave them 2 stars because they did make my order right in the end. However I initially ordered 4 items and they only sent one. I'm not sure how whoever fulfilled this order looked and came up with the idea to only send one of four items. They eventually sent the rest of my order so there's that. Doubtful I'll order from here again as this is the exact reason I switched from my last supplier to this one. Not a good start.

I made a Small order, size of box of tissue, 28.00 for it, And $30.00 to Ship it to me, and it took 7 days to Receive. 🙁

Shipping was fine. Took a week. Needles are pretty terrible. Very blunt. Need to contact about an exchange. Edit- Dec 6 the company said they'll reach out to me. Dec 19 and still nothing. That's funny

I was fine with getting 2 different shipments. But then it turned into a third and now has turned into a fourth shipment which still hasn't arrived. I had to tell them I didn't receive everything I ordered multiple times. It was just irritating. My first order with them was great. This one was not.
