Lots of picture options, good packaging and shipping. Quote didn't match request but that could be issue with talent. Pen color was what I requested but in a duller shade that blended in with picture so wasn't a great final product.

The picture I wanted ended up not being available because of a printer error. That was disappointing, but luckily you guys had another picture available that I liked as well.

I would have gave them a 5 star rating but the last time I ordered they missed my order. One was for my daughter. They did give me my money back and store credit which was cool but my daughter was unable to complete her collection. This person rarely signs autographs so was a little disappointed. I'm trying one more time with different stars, but still can't complete collection

The service was outstanding. Overall very happy with my purchase. The only complaint I had was that I requested a specific location for JsA authentication and that was ignored. Aside from that, outstanding experience.

Thank you. Unfortunately all we can do is label for where authentication sticker is placed, We don't affix the sticker ourselves. Enjoy!

I don’t purchase privately signed things often (I like in person) but when I do I don’t hesitate to go thru ECC. Very easy to work with and I like that they have products that I can purchase from them to get signed and don’t have to mail in!! Well done guys, keep up the good work!!

The picture looks great but for the price it should have included a certificate of authenticity ( If it had, a 5 star rating would be warranted). Thanks

It was not advertised with a COA, and is guarenteed to pass any third party authentication as it was signed in front of us at our private signings with both actresses.
