East West-toursReviews of east-west-tours.com

This is a very good agency. I use them for all my business travel. Great service and pricing! Amazing with flexibility and changes.

we have been using their services for over 10 years. I would highly recommend them for any destination. Great services with whatever you need including visas.

Four of us booked the Tsarengeld train package from Beijing to Moscow with an add on to St. Petersburg. We worked with Bobby at East West Tours, who was an excellent agent. He did everything including securing our visas for China and Russia. We couldn't have done it without him. Our add-on in St. Petersburg stay was great. We loved the hotel and our personal guide. There was one hiccup on a transfer and he fixed it quickly. I am a retired travel agent and have dealt with many tour operators and I can sincerely say that East West tours is one of the best.

Alex helped us plan out Honeymoon in Hawaii! He was an excellent resource considering that this will be our first time in Hawaii and we didn't know anything. Alex suggested that we should go to Maui for a true Hawaiian experince. His recommendations were extremely helpful and he worked with us to stay within our budget! He was able to find us a great rate for a hotel and a rental car! Thank you for the great service!

I have been a customer of East-West Tours for over 10 years. Any travel needs I have - I go directly to them. Even though i dont live in Seattle area it still makes sense to use them. Friendly and very professional in all aspects of travel needs - tickets, tours and foreign visas. Looking forward to working with East West Tours team in the near future.

A great company that has helped me find tickets and hotels fast and at the lowest possible prices. Alex, the travel specialist I work with, is always extremely nice and willing to accommodate any requests. I have worked with him many years, and am very thankful for all his help.

Our family have been using East West Tours to book travel for the last 20+ years. The air deals they find are always better than on the internet especially when it comes to complicated trips overseas including several connections. They have the same experienced and knowledgeable people working for the agency for many years. Together they provide an incredible travel resource, helping with visas, lodging, tour guides and other services. They helped us plan wonderful vacations in the US and overseas on many occasions. Their services is priceless. They are always available on the phone, via email or in-person. You can call them on their cell phones after hours and in case of emergency. You can always book a simple airfare online but when it comes to a more complicated trip using East West Tours is a smart choice.

I have never worked with any company -persons as punctual as East West - tours / Bobby. When it comes to your traveling need be assured that he will do everything possible for you to get the best deal. I worked with East west –tours for over years. Recently for my 20th Anniversary, Bobby put together the most memorable trip of our life to Europe. Thank you East West –Tours. Sincerely, Michael Zhovtis
