Ordered $200 worth of seeds. Five days went by and hadn’t shipped. I emailed and left several voicemails. Nothing. A week goes by and same story. Two weeks and I had my credit card company cancel payment. Never did hear from a single person. This company is a mess. I think their TV ads overwhelmed their capacity. Too bad. I wanted to try their seeds.

If I could give half a star that would be too much. Not only was there a significant delay in receiving my order but when I emailed and called to inquire about it, I got the run around by the rudest individual I have ever talked with who actually told me I had to "deal with it". Then, when over six weeks later, I finally got the seeds and promptly returned them, the refund I got did not include the almost $30 in shipping. DO NOT BUY SEEDS FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

If I could give a zero, I would. Never got my shipment, they took over $100 in payment and won't respond to inquiries.

I would give them a zero, but not possible. Ordered in April 2026. At some point they "printed" a label, which allows them to take my money. One month later, no updates from the company. I was able to find an old email with a link to track shipment. It expired, I requested new (yesterday) UPS advising that label printed but no package.

Earthwise failed to ship my order for 30 days. Only shipped after I contacted my bank to stop payment. Terrible responses from customer service stating that UPS had my shipment but hadn't scanned it yet. For 30 days!?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. If I could rate "0 stars", I would do so. It has been more than a month and I have not received my order. I have contacted Earthwise numerous times only to be assured that my order was sitting at UPS waiting to be scanned. About a week ago I contacted UPS directly and was told they had not received anything to be shipped to me from this company. I then telephoned Earthwise. Even though they had informed my that my order had already been shipped out, the person I spoke with offered to ship my order out that day. I told him that, instead, I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. I was told that the refund would be issued within 48 hours. It is a week later and I am still waiting for my refund.

Ordered two packages of seed, very little came up, and what did would never make a yard like the one shown in their propaganda advertisement. They give you a deal on the seed, but shipping almost doubles the bill. Save your money and buy real grass seed.
