You won't get your product! I ordered my seeds at the beginning of March. I have called, emailed and texted. I can not get a response from the company. I feel stupid for ordering from them. I contacted 973 270-9975, 570 253-4704, 973 270-9975 and your answer is the first one that I received. Please give me an update as to when my order will arrive.

BE AWARE IF YOU TRY TO BUY SEED FROM THIS COMPANY!! The website promised that seeds would be shipped within 24-48hours of placing an order. It has been a week and a half and I just received shipping notice for 1/2 of my order, after I emailed complaining. When I checked the tracking ID it said the 1/2 order of seeds hasn't even been given to UPS, only a label has been made. I still have not received any shipping notice for the other half of my order. I have not received any communication from Earthwise Seed, other than the automated order confirmation and 1 shipping notice. This is terrible business practices and blatant lies about shipping times. No communication from the company about shipping delays or any remedies for the inconveniences it has caused me due to the delays.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order. Website claims all seed orders ship in 48 hours. Contacted them two Fridays ago, which was a week after I ordered, and they said it was shipping that day. On Monday a shipping label was created so I waited. Called them again the following Friday and they said it was going to ship that day. Still hasn't shipped. Sent two emails about cancelling the order. Probably going to have to just contact my credit card company to get my money back.

The help I received by email to send an order to Canada was good. However, UPS cancelled the shipment. There was No Response to my follow-up emails. I had to put it into dispute.

SCAM!!! I put in an order to them for $273.83 for Seed Tac plus seeds that was confirmed by email on 9/21/2024. My debit card was billed immediately. Received email 10/7 saying my order was on its way, 10/12 email saying order delivered, listing all items. I actually received seed tac (value $19.98) but no seeds. Sent them email on 10/18 saying what hadn't arrived. Thereafter I sent them a total of 3 more emails, at first requesting missing seeds, then requesting refund. I also sent a message directly to their website, left 2 messages on the phone number provided on the website and a text to the text number on the website. My last email to them was 11/21. Received a couple of emails early on saying they'd get it right out to me--but didn't. After that my messages were all ignored. As of today (12/9)--no return texts or phone calls, and no refund.

After numerous voicemails, emails, and one way chats I never received my order of alternative seed mix. I ordered the seed and seed pak on September 18th. In early October the seed pak finally arrived but no seed. I've given up trying to get it.

Ordered 10 days ago. My card was billed immediately. No product yet. No shipping info and tried to contact them through phone and emails. Absolutely no response. Will file a dispute with my bank and hopefully get my money back. Don't waste your time or money with this company!

They are impossible to communicate with. after waiting for my order to ship out in 3-5 business days (website states ordered will be shipped 3-5 business days after being placed)I used all avenues to get information on a ship date. After two weeks of several attempts I filed a dispute with my bank. When I did not receive any answer that was not autogenerated I asked in an email to cancel my order. They shipped my order out one week after this and then it arrived two weeks after I asked in writing to cancel my order.
