I was a limo driver for 20 years. So I have a lot of experience in this business. I drove in California, Utah and nevada. So I can tell this company has an excellent costumer service and nice cars.

Booked limo transfer from the airport to Caesars Palace. Called Earth Limos when we had collected our bags and was told that the driver was already at the airport. The driver was polite and helpful, there was water available inside the limo, which was very welcome (it would have been nice to have had some champagne or sparkling wine too and would have paid extra if it had been available). The limo itself needed a little attention, the air conditioning vent was broken which needed replacing and there was no music playing, just a crackerly radio you could hardly hear. This was a surprise for our son's 21st birthday and think that the experience could have been enhanced if there was better music playing and more than just water available to drink. Basically they do what it says on the packet, they turn up and they take you to your hotel, so generally it is a good service but could be made better with attention to detail.

Whether you're trying on the shoes of someone you're not able to be when back home or bringing your lifestyle with you... these guys can accommodate either. I booked a stretch F350, that was annotated on the website as being able to hold 30 people, I had 28 in my party so I thought PERFECT! A few days before my event I got a call from a driver stating that they had the vehicle reupholstered and they could no longer fit 30 people to which I said no worries, i have 28, I was told 28 would be good. The day of the event, we start piling in the limo and the driver says he can't fit anymore than 25 people in the limo, I tell him about the convo I had a few days prior, and he apologizes and says he can't fit that many people, so 2 of my guys ended up having to transport themselves to our event. All in all, the drivers were very professional, service was great, I just wish the information annotated on the website was correct and didn't cause the confusion it did on the day of the event.

THE DRIVER WAS ON TIME AT THE CORRECT LOCATION. THE HOTEL WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO PICKUP AT THE DESIGNATED LOCATION. HE ADVISED US OF THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY AND HANDLED THE PICKUP SEAMLESSLY.

We had a little communication issue on where to meet but once that got cleared up everything went really well. We even ended up extending our limo ride. Our driver was awesome!
