It was really good

Vehicles very clean, drivers very courteous, but was late on both pickups. Would use again.

I would have given them 5 stars but we had initially wanted a party bus but it didn't have a place for a car seat so we upgraded to the SUV limo because we were told a car seat could be installed. However, we came to find out that the car seat just sat on the floor and was not buckled in. If we had known that we would have just had the party bus and had more room for our guests and saved money to boot. Other than that, the driver was great and everything went as planned.

Good experience it would be great if limousine showed up on time not 20 minutes later than schedule

Easy reservations over the phone. Friendly staff and drivers. When we booked our return trip to the airport, they converted our initial reservation to roundtrip (instead of one-way) and that got us a discount.

Driver was on time, called to confirm. Limo was clean, with all amenities promised. Overall an excellent experience, except for one little thing. We had an hour left, and we asked the driver to drive us to a location on the way to take pictures. Driver said he could not deviate from the route, called the company to ask, they said "No". Even though we paid for the time. If not for that, I would have given five stars.

Pick up at our home for our departure flight was perfect. Return was ok but we had a little delay in the driver finding us. He didn't have a board so we could easily identify him from anyone else. Also I would recommend the driver not play the radio with his favorite tunes unless the client asks for it. I didn't complain as I was tired and he did get us to our house quickly. I will use Earth Limo again though as it is an economical and pretty hassle free way to and from the airport if you are planning an extended stay away from home.

On a recent trip to Vegas we had a number of people arriving at different times and coming and going to different events in town. I sent one long email with all of the details to Earth Limos and everything was taken care of with no hassle. Walking off the plane and straight into a limo definitely started the trip perfectly. The only hiccup preventing five stars occurred on a return trip to the NFR event at Thomas & Mack. Knowing from past events that the taxi service is overwhelmed we arranged for Earth Limo to drop us off and pick us up afterwards. While we did get there in time for the event and eventually found the driver afterwards it wasn't as seamless as I had hoped. To be fair traffic was a zoo around the venue and everyone seemed to be struggling to drop off and pickup passengers. I don't think the service would have been any better with any other company. It is a real problem with the venue organizers.
