Very helpful company. Excellent service. Prompt and courteous drivers. Well worth the extra cost over a regular taxi.

I booked a limo for my hubby birthday. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very nice until we got our driver. He was having a bad night and clearly showed it to us. He was in such a bad mood. It was cold and we asked to adjust the temperature. He said there are controls in the back. We couldn't find it. We had to insist for him to take a look. Then he said that was not his limo and he is so upset he had to drive it for us. How is that supposed to make us feel? We emailed the company after that but never heard anything from them. We just wanted an apology for the poor service but I guess they didn't care enough. Kirk was our driver.

Tatiana, we truly appreciate that you took the time out of your day to let us know about this experience. We can't correct ourselves if they aren't brought to our attention. This type of treatment from one of our chauffeurs is absolutely unacceptable. We will be taking the appropriate measure to fix the situation. In the meantime, I would like to address this with you personally and see if there is a way to earn your trust again. Would you mind reaching out to me directly at: [email protected]

Driver was excellent, on time and excellent communication. Booking the reservation was also simple and professional. I booked this for my best friend's bachelorette party and it couldnt have been better! Price was excellent compared to other services also!

We had a great time, the chauffeur took us everywhere we wanted and even let us stay out 2hrs later than agreed. Of course we were charged the extra time but was all and all a great ride. We were steered to go to certain strip clubs even know we had a specific one we wanted to go to. Also the tip was a little strange. We tipped 20% up front and then another $40 for the 2 extra hours. The limo driver then took the last person to his hotel and asked for a tip claiming he didn't receive one. I would use this company again.

Chris, We are so pleased to hear that your bachelor party was a success and you had a great time! It is not, however, acceptable for the driver to be asking for additional tip money. We did research your ride and wanted to let you know that this driver is no longer with our company for this type of behavior. We look forward to seeing you the next time you're in Vegas! Thank you, Team EARTH :)

My wife and I appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of the driver and safety he showed in driving. We appreciate these elements in using a car company for transportation.

We're from Canada and decided to splurge on this trip to Vegas. We could not have made a better choice. Especially since it was our first time utilizing a limousine service and a surprise for my wife of 25 years.

I reserved a party bus to take my wedding guests from my chapel to the reception. A total 15 minute ride cost me $200+. Paid $40 for champagne that I was not charged for at first. Told them I was not charged. They said I was charged correctly. Then weeks later they took the $40 off my card without notice. The party bus over heated during the 15 minute ride and broke down. The driver did not know how to work the stereo, so my guests listened to static on a PARTY BUS!!! I reserved a town car to pick me up from the chapel to go to the reception. They never called when they arrived. I had to call to find out they were waiting for me. They showed up in an SUV, not a town car. I was in a huge poofy wedding dress trying to climb up into an SUV and then try to for my dress in it too! Both drivers got lost. They were using their personal cell phones as GPS. So unprofessional! Our SUV driver ended up just giving us her phone because she couldn't work Google maps. HORRIBLE!

Amber, thank you for taking the time to bring these items to our attention. I would like to speak with you directly to see if we can find some resolve to some of these issues. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable, especially on your wedding day. I hope you can accept our apology. Please feel free to reach out to me at: [email protected]

I booked a round trip from the airport to my hotel when I visited Vegas 2 weeks ago. The initial driver was great! He was early to the airport, helped with our bags. He talked to us about why we were in Vegas. he pointed out some good places to visit. At the end of the ride he asked me to sign a receipt which I then received later via email. Tedros was an all around great guy for the short amount of time that we spent with him. I'd recommend this gentleman any time. The return trip to the airport was not so great. We had a different driver who was late. I called the office and they told me that the driver was at the hotel waiting. She conferenced the call with the driver who was at the valet entrance to the hotel. When we told him that he was in the wrong spot to pick up her drover past me twice to go to another location. When i called him again he argued with me that he was in the correct place. This went on for 15 minutes which already makes this a bad customer experience. We he finally came back to the correct door he insisted that I changed locations and plead his case instead of simply apologizing for the delay. There was no receipt to sign after this trip. I would have been better off taking a cab to the airport. I assume that this driver may have been new to this type of service and hopes that he learns from this instance on how to speak to customers as well the difference between valet drop off & Limo/Cab pick up.

Shaun, thank you for the kind review of the service that you received from Tedros. We are going to be looking into your return trip to identify who the second driver was. It is our goal to have consistency with the service that you receive. Thank you for letting us know so that we correct the behavior. Team EARTH :)
