We used Earth Limos to transport a party of 23 for a birthday photo shoot on 7/24/21. The air wasn’t working on the party bus! We were riding around in Vegas in 100 degree heat on a party bus with non working air. It was unbelievable. And I have yet to hear back from the company regarding my complaint despite calling and emailing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Allow me to explain my frustration. Have you ever went to a birthday party with NO music? Well thanks to Earth limo, I was at a party for 2 hours with NO MUSIC. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I surprised my mom with a 2 hour limo ride for her birthday. I assumed it would be fun. Unfortunately, the whole two hours were miserable. I continued to apologize to my mom for their neglect to check their vehicle before picking up their customers. It was so boring that I finished reading a book on the Kindle app on my phone. I called the after hours representative because I did not want to continue with the ride. I was informed that if I didn’t continue, I would not get a full refund for their incompetence. Crazy, right? So we continued the ride. At this moment it was no longer a party instead it became a tour:( I know the driver Dan was trying his best to make this the best experience due to the circumstances. However, that is NOT what I paid for. I was informed to call the manager in the morning to inquire about some type of compensation for a 2 hour disaster. I was informed that their was an electric issue with the limo and they would talk to the owner to see if they could compensate 10 to 20% which would be 20 or 40 dollars. What a joke! I still am yet to receive an email or call with the outcome per our conversation over 11 hours ago. Allow my frustration to be enough and find a company that will ensure everything is working properly so you wouldn’t have to experience what I’ve experience. Oh by the way, Dan, the driver was amazing! He apologized over and over again, informed us to call the manager in the morning, and tried to make the best out of the ride. It is a privilege to have customers during a pandemic and to not ensure the best experience during this time of financial crisis is mind blowing. You all can keep the 20 to 40 dollar compensation as it is evidence you need it more. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

The rep handling our reservation was very hard to get ahold of and had to reach out to other people in order to get a response making the planning process very hard.

Even after requesting a specific driver 24 hours prior to our reservation, Your company decided not to give reservation to our driver of prereference and passed it to someone else. This happened only 45 minutes before our pick up time We made the decision at that point to cancel the pick up because we were trying to get a certain driver Mario morales. That is the reason we came to that limo service. I've use this driver for over five years and my wife and I were very disappointed. Made receptionist aware of this at time of booking reservation. She confirmed we would have him. I told them we would cancel if they didn't give him the reservation. This happens 2 months earlier in the same way. Wow!! Bad service. Later we were informed that our driver was fired. That is almost reason for a law suite against your co. Does your HR dept know of your business practices and the way good employees are treated? Did they know that kick back decide opportunity? Please follow up and let me know if this is normal. It is appreciated. My info is with your co.

Mr. Vanderhoofven, I've looked into your reservation. You were assigned the driver that you requested by Cynthia and it was notated in big bold letters in the reservation. However, the day of your service was the day that this driver was let go due to consistent NO CALL/NO SHOWS. Although Mario was good with customers, he was, on the contrary, quite unreliable for us and had numerous warnings. We apologize that this did happen to fall on the day of your reservation. It's truly unfortunate that you didn't give another chauffeur a chance because we have many wonderful employees that CONSISTENTLY do a great job for our customers and the company. Please contact me directly at: [email protected] so that we can get this taken care of for you. Thank you! Nicole Feely Director of Sales
