Purchased a sheet that was promoted to get a free mat and received the sheet but not the mat. Emailed the company, got a response saying they will ship the mat but after 4 weeks, Jessel or whatever the useless individual never ship the mat. Dont recommend. Honestly not sure why we purchased the sheet again, sorta useless. Rather get silk or just walk barefoot on clean grass, it’s free, No hassle for dealing with useless people.

The sandals I ordered were subpar at best. I returned the sandals at my expense after getting approved for the return. The company acknowledged they received the return. They never refunded me despite my request. I finally submitted a dispute with my credit card company, which was resolved in my favor. Very very poor experience.

Its been 2 weeks since Ive returned the shoes for a different size. On the site is says to size down, which I did, but they were hurting my feet they were so tight. I was told to ship them back to receive the new size, and theyve yet to respond. 200$ wasted. Absolutely ridiculous

Buyer BEWARE & read the fine print. I purchased a pair of shoes. One of the shoes was clearly defective, so much so my foot just slipped out of the shoe. It took several days to make contact with customer service to request a refund. They never did return any of my voicemails. Their website stated satisfaction guaranteed & 100% refund including shipping. I paid for the shipping to return the shoes. Long story short, after 2 1/2 months they made a partial refund, charging a restocking fee. No reimbursement for the shipping. The website did not mention any of that. (I was out about $50 for nothing) Just be careful, read everything, even though you can't trust what the website states. I think they've changed some of the language. Just be careful.

Terrible quality and customer service. I bought the grounding sandals and found them too small for the length of my foot in my normal size 8. I wore them literally 2 hours in my home not outdoors and found them unsuitable for my feet. When I tried to exchange them customer service said they were worn and couldn’t return them. The soles were slightly scratched from an indoor try on. I wanted to try a different style and size but they did not allow the return for an exchange. A complete waste of time and money. Low quality materials that scratch very easily with minimal indoor wear. Very cheap quality and over priced. Also, beware their return or exchange policy bc it differs before purchase and after your purchase. No satisfaction guaranteed once you buy.

UPDATE 2: after weeks of persistence, reporting to the BBB, reporting the purchase as fraud with my bank, they have FINALLY just sent the return label (what they said they had already done, btw, which was a lie). Now I’m just waiting for more of their games but I’ve documented everything. Shame on this company. UPDATE: I saw they replied with some email address, just tried it and it. Bounced back, of course. The theft and scam continues… they literally have at least 5 different customer support email addresses and a couple bounced back. So shady. Terrible quality and customer service. No integrity standing behind their products. I feel scammed and it’s not worth the risk. I bought two pair, wanted to return one that didn’t fit right and keep the second. Wore them on a walk and by the last half the rivet only on the right sandal was DIGGING into my foot, left sandal totally fine. Defective, right? The “customer service rep” said they’d credit $10 to keep as it could work itself out, so to speak. I said it wasn’t worth the risk of being stuck with a $100+ pair of sandals that I can’t wear because they’re painful. They said of course I could return as long as UNWORN, etc… WHAT?! I just told you I already wore it! And how am I supposed to “work it out” without wearing them?! Not integrity standing behind their product and shoddy craftsmanship. Feels like a scam, beware.

I ordered a pair of shoes for $140 from Earthing Harmony the first week of November 2025. I received those shoes the beginning of January 2026, and unfortunately they did not fit me well and had quite stiff soles, so I decided to return them. FYI: You do not get the full amount back (which is included in their return policy)… or in my case currently… anything back. I submitted my return request on Jan. 12, 2026, which was approved on Jan. 22 after I emailed them after no reply for over a week. I sent my shoes to their warehouse in February and still (as of May 31, 2026) have not heard back anything or gotten my refund… despite sending multiple emails requesting an update on the status. Needless to say, my experience with their customer service has been very poor. It’s unfortunate because their shoes seemed like they would be nice, but they just didn’t fit me right. Please can I get my money back? I feel scammed.

Their sizing is wayyyyy off. I always wear an 8 and they fit like a 9 (not even a half size difference). Reason for the 1 star review especially is because they wouldn’t return them without the original box, despite the shoes being in brand new/pristine shape. I’ve always counted on a size 8 fitting perfectly. These shoes are way too expensive for the company to not take a small packaging hit. Would not recommend Earthing Harmony, and I’m not buying a different size.
