I have purchased two grounding sheets and a pair of grounding sandels. Grounding has improved my sleep and my hip which had been out of place for years popped back into place. Hard to believe but true. My son had a similar experience with his neck. I would recommend anyone to try grounding. Earthing harmony has been great to order from. No issues at all.

I bought these shoes a little over a month ago and wear them almost every day. They are very comfortable to wear and walk around in, whether running errands or walking the dogs and they have improved in comfort as the leather has molded more to my actual foot shape.
